Medical Arts Building: Main Office

The Medical Arts Building is reached from I-85 on Exit 58 (Concord and Kannapolis exit). Follow the Concord sign and travel onto Hwy 29 south. At the traffic light in front of Sears, turn left into the parking lots servicing the Medical Arts Building. Stay to the right on this drive and follow it to the building where Valet Parking is available at no cost or you may choose to park in any one of the lots and walk into the building. After entering the building, take the elevators to the fifth floor. The office is immediately to the right of the elevators.

This satellite office is located on the premises of the University Family Physicians. The address is 10310 Mallard Creek Rd. in the Mallard Crossing Medical Park. It is reached by exiting off I-85 on Mallard Creek Church Rd. and heading west. At the second traffic light, which is Mallard Creek Church Rd. and Mallard Creek Road, make a left onto Mallard Creek Road. The entrance to the facility is about 500 ft on the left. Enter the University Family Physicians offices and see the receptionist.

The Concord Facility has a fully equipped office Surgical Suite and is conveniently located near the North East Medical Center Surgery Center as well as a similar facility at University Hospital.
